Irishman Creek Station, up in the McKenzie Country, Near Tekapo, South Island New Zealand. The Jet Boat was invented here and all the old engineering workshops are still there. There is also the station's hydro electric scheme Bill Hamilton put there in the 1920s, long before anyone else had electricity. All listed Historic Places Trust building, power scheme etc.
